Резюме
During 2014-2016 in the experimental field of the Institute of Agriculture and
Seed Science “Obraztsov Chiflik” - Ruse, on soil type strongly leached chernozem,
a study was carried for effect of vegetative herbicid Targa Super 5EK and some
growth regulators on seed quality of spring rape “Zhura” hybrid. The field
experiment was started after the block method in four replications, harvesting
plot being 10m2 and randomized location of the variants. The fertilization by the
complex products based on BAV (biologically active substances) was performed
72 hours after the applying of “Targa super 5EK” vegetative herbicide (at doses
of 200 and 400 ml.da-1), working solution - 25 l.da-1 per one spraying, with a
concentration determined by the Institute of cryobiology and food technology – Sofia. The productivity of the crop and the quality of “Zhura” variety were
reported by the following traits: seed yield (kg.da-1); structural elements of yield;
contents of: nitrogen, phosphorus, crude protein and seed oils,%; catalase activity;
photosynthetic pigments and electroconductivity of foliar membranes. The
objective of the study was the influence of the fertilization by complex products
based on BAV (biologically active substances) based on organic active substances
of natural origin on spring rape and the influence of a vegetative herbicide, applied
at optimal and dual high doses under conditions of the Institute of Agriculture and
Seed Science “Obraztsov Chiflik” – Ruse. A significant yield increase and growth
in the technological seed quality in “Zhura” hybrid was found in all the tested
variants compared to the control.
