Резюме
The objective of the study was the power of influence of three different rootstocks
(Berlandieri x Riparia SO4 - control variant, Rupestris du Lot and Chasselas x
Brelandiers 41B) to be determined on the most important agrobiological and growth
characteristics of Russalka 3 seedless cultivar, via parallel use of two evaluation
criteria. The observation was carried out over a period of 7 consecutive years, as 15
traits were followed. A high degree of variability of some of the traits was reported.
In grafting of cv Russalka 3 on SO4 and Chasselas 41B rootstocks, in 47% of all traits observed, the values of the variation coefficients were above 20%, whereas
for the Rupestris du Lot rootstocks - such values were for 53% of the traits. Data
was statistically processed with two evaluation criteria (t - Student and F - Fisher)
in order larger number of significant differences to be found in determining the
influence of the rootstocks. Using the Fisher criterion, the number of significant
differences was more than twice larger, compared to the use of the second criterion
(Student). In high variability data, it is recommended to evaluate the influence of
a certain factor using Fisher’s (F) statistical criteria. The analysis showed that the
variant with vines grafted on Rupestris du Lot rootstocks significantly exceeded the
control (with grafted vines on SO4 rootstocks) by traits of fertility, length of mature
part of the shoot, cluster length, and mass of the annual ripened growth of one vine,
while for Chasselas 41B rootstock – the traits were: % of fruiting shoots and length
of internode. Comparing the two rootstocks (Rupestris du Lot and Chasselas 41B)
significant differences in probability α <0.1% were reported for 8 of all 15 traits.
